Ran in three races...Placed 24th with a 8k time of 29:38.9 at the Embry-Riddle Cross Country Classic (Sept. 16)...Ran a personal-best 8K time of 27:25.6 at the FSU Invitational (Sept. 29).

2022-23 (SOPHOMORE):
Cross Country
Ran in one race...Placed 44th with a 7.25K time of 25:34.0 at the VSU Border Clash (Sept.2).

Competed in two meets...Finished in sixth place in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 34:48.35 at the Spike's Classic (March 30-April 1).

2021-22 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Ran in four races...Finished in fifth place at the GATA XC Classic (Oct. 15) with an 8K time of 28:10.0...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Silver Scholar.

Indoor
Participated in the 3000 meter run at the JDL Flat is Fast Invitational (Jan. 23).

Outdoor
Competed in four meets...Finished in fifth place with a time of 33:49.84 in the 10,000 meter run at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic (April 1-2)...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Silver Scholar. 

HIGH SCHOOL:  Graduated from Sarasota (Fla.) High School...Lettered in track and cross country...During his junior campaign, he finished in eighth place at the state cross country meet.

PERSONAL: Son of Carolyn and Kevin Stiff...A psychology major.
