Cross Country
Ran in six meets... Ran a new best for the 7k in 23:32.1 at the Wingate Bulldog Stampede (Sept. 20)... In the 2025 PBC XC Championships he ran the 8k in 25:44.4 for a new best (Oct. 25)... At the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships he ran the 10k in 32:49.4 for a new best (Nov. 22).
Indoor
Competed in six meets... Placed third for the DMR team in 9:51.86at the Carmel City Sprints (Feb. 6)... In the 2026 TCNJ Indoor Last Chance (Mar. 1) he placed second for the 800 in 1:51.55.
Outdoor
Ran in five meets... Placed in third and a best for the 1500 in 3:51.77 and second for the 800 in 1:50.69 at the 2026 Hampton Inn River City Relays (Mar. 19-20)... At the John Weaver Invitational (Apr. 24-25) he placed first for the 800 in 1:49.13... For the 2026 PBC Outdoor Track Championship he was second for the 800 in 1:51.25 and fourth for the 4x400 in 3:19.95 (May 1-2).

Participated in three meets...Ran a personal best 26:40.2 time in the 8K Upstate Invite (Oct. 19)...Ran a 16:55.4 at the UNF 5K Cross Country Challenge (Sept. 13).
Indoor
Competed in five meets...Ran a personal best at the 3000-meter run at the RADD Sports Invitational College TEAMS (Jan. 24) with a time of 8:37.13...Finished first in the mile at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (Feb. 17) with a time of 4:11.30, recording a p.r...Ran a leg on the DMR team that finished third at the Last Chance Indoor National Qualifier at Boston University (March 2) with a time of 9:46.18...Ran a 1:55.23 800-meters at The Legends of Alachua County Invitational College TEAMS (Feb. 1) placing in the top 10.
Outdoor
Participated in one meet...Recorded a 4:03.41 time in the 1500-meter run at the Embry-Riddle Eagle Invite (March 8).

Participated in five meets...Ran a leg on the DMR team that finished in second place with a time of 10:37.66 at the PBC Championship (Feb. 19)...His 800-meter run time of 1:54.16 at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 9) was the 10th-fastest time in the region.
Outdoor
Competed in five meets...Posted a p.r. time in the 1500-meter run with a time of 3:54.42 at the Bob Hayes Invitational (March 15-16)...Finished in second place in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:55.12 at the Alice Coachman Invitational (April 13).
2022-2023 (FRESHMAN):

Ran in one race...Ran a 24:50.9 7.25K and placed 26th at the VSU Border Clash.

Outdoor
Participated in four meets...Finished in first place with a personal-best time of 1:52.28 in the 800 meter run at the Spike's Classic (March 30-April 1)...That was the sixth-fastest time in the region...Earned all-conference honors after finishing in second place in the 800 (1:55.97) at the PBC Championship (April 20-21)...Posted a season-best time of 51.57 in the 400 meter dash at the River City Spring Break Classic (March 16-17).
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School in Fort Walton Beach, Fla...
