2024-25 (SOPHOMORE):
Cross Country
Ran in three meets...Posted a personal best 8K time of 25:16.5 at the 2024 Peach Belt Conference Championships (Oct. 26)...Ran a personal best 10K time of 31:34.1 at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Championship (Nov. 9). 

Indoor
Participated in three meets...Recorded a time of 1:54.53 in the 800-meter run at the 2025 Peach Belt Conference Championship (Feb. 17), finishing third...Ran a leg on the DMR team at the Last Chance Indoor National Qualifier at Boston University (March 2) with a time of 9:46.18. 

Outdoor
Competed in five meets..Ran a personal best time of 4:12.86 in the mile at the App State Open (April 18-19)...Finished first in the 800-meter run at the Embry-Riddle Running Elements Classic (April 3-5) with a time of 1:50.77...Ran a time of 3:53.94 in the 1500-meter run at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (April 28-29), finishing second...Posted a time of 1:50.30 in the 800-meter run at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (April 28-29) placing third. 

2023-24 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Ran in three races...Ran personal-best 8K time of 26:18.3 at the FSU Invitational (Sept. 29).

Indoor
Participated in six meets...Finished in sixth place in the mile run with a time of 4:18.52 at the Florida Collegiate Invitational (Jan. 26-27)...Posted a time of 1:53.40 in the 800-meter run to finish in third place at the PBC Championship (Feb. 19), which was the fourth-fastest time in the region...Also ran a leg on the 4x400 relay team that finished in third place with a time of 3:23.20 at the same meet.

Outdoor
Competed in five meets...Won the 800-meter run with a time of 1:50.25 at the PBC Championship (April 29-30), which was the best time in the region...Also finished in first place in the 1500-meter run with a time of 3:51.37 in the same meet...Had a p.r. in the 1500 with a time of 3:45.09 at the Lee Last Chance Meet (May 11), which was the fourth-fastest time in the region...Was the PBC Track Athlete of the Week twice (April 1 and 22). 

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Choctawhatchee High School in Fort Walton Beach, Fla...Lettered in cross country and track and field...Individual state qualifier in cross country all four years...Placed seventh in state his senior year in cross country and third in the 800m...Helped the Indians reach state as a team in 2019, 2021 and 2022.
