Competed in four races...Posted a career-best 8K time of 25:34.5 at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 17) and finished in third place...Had a pair of fourth place finishes at the FSU Invitational (Oct. 2) and UNG/PBC Preview (Oct. 31).

Competed in three meets...Had a career-best time in the 800m of 1:54.84 at the KMS Open (Jan. 31).

2019-20 (SOPHOMORE):

Ran in all six races...Earned all-conference honors after finishing in 17th place with a time of 26:28.9...Had a career-best 10K time of 34:21.5 at the NCAA D2 Southeast Regional (Nov. 9)...Finished in 12th place at the season-opening Border Clash XC Meet (Sept. 6).

Ran in all six meets...Earned all-region honors after running a leg of the DMR that posted the fourth-fastest time in the region (10:29.57) at the Mondo College Invitational (Feb. 2)...Won the mile (4:26.26) at the JDL College Team Challenge (Feb. 13)...Finished second in the mile (4:15.38) at the JDL College Kick-Off Classic (Dec. 7).

2018-19 (FRESHMAN):

Ran in all six races...Posted a top 8K time of 25:40 at the Royals Challenge (Oct. 12)...Finished with a time of 25:11.9 at the VSU Border Clash (Aug. 31).
