2024-25 (JUNIOR):
Cross Country
Competed in three meets... Ran a personal best time of 25:03.0 in the 8k at the 2024 Peach Belt Conference Cross Country Championships, placing seventh. (Oct 26).   Posted a 30:56.4 personal best 10k time at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross Country Championships. (Nov 9). 

Indoor
Competed in four meets... Ran a 14:20.99 personal best 5000-meter time at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational. (Feb 14-15).   Recorded a PR of 8:25.83 at the 3000-meter 2025 Last Chance Indoor Nat'nl Qualifier at Boston Univ.   (Mar 2). 
Placed first in both the 3000-meter and 5000-meter races at The Legends of Alachua County Invitational College TEAMS with times of 8:31.56 and 14:37.11, respectively.  (Feb 1).   Finished first in the 5000-meter 2025 Peach Belt Conference Championship with a 14:45.82 time. (Feb 17).

Cross Country
Competed in six meets...Finished 14th with a personal best 8K time of 25:09.7 at the UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational (Sep. 17).

Indoor
Did not compete.

Outdoor
Participated in five meets...Finished fourth, with a p.r. time of 14:49.98, in the 5000-meter run at the Bob Hayes Invitational (March 15-16)...Finished in third place in the 5000 with a time of 14:50.70 at the Spartan Classic (March 1).

PRIOR TO FLAGLER: Attended Merrimack College in North Andover, Mass. 

2022-23 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Competed in four meets...Finished 18th with a personal best 5K time of 16:01.0 at the Central Connecticut State University Mini-Meet (Oct. 21).

Indoor
Competed in seven meets...Finished 8th with a person-best mile time of 4:38.59 at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Invitational (Jan. 14)...Posted a personal-best time of 15:35.97 in the 5000 meter at the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 27-28).

Outdoor
Competed in seven meets...Finished 18th in the 3000 meter with a personal-best time of 9:06.72 at the UMass Lowell Invitational (March 24-26)...Posted a personal-best time of 4:13.23 in the 1500 meter at the Skyhawk Invitational (April 29).

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Ipswich High School in Ipswich, Mass.

PERSONAL: Son of Kelly and Scott Russell...Has a brother… A sport management major.
