Cross Country
Participated in four meets...Posted a personal best time of 15:50.5 at the UNF 5K Cross Country Challenge (Sept. 13)...Finished first at the 8k GCSU Bobcat Invite (Sept. 28) with a time of 25:59.2...Ran a personal best at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (Oct. 26) with an 8K time of 25:06.4, finishing in the top ten...Ran a 31:55.1 at the 10K NCAA Division II Southeast Region Championships (Nov. 9)...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Gold Scholar. 

Indoor
Competed in three meets...Recorded a PR with a 3000-meter time of 8:42.14 at the RADD Sports Invitational (Jan. 24-25)...Ran a personal best in the 5000-meter run at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (Feb. 17) with a time of 14:51.03, placing second...Posted a top 10 finish in the 5000-meter run at The Legends of Alachua County Invitational (Feb. 1) with a time of 15:08.65. 

Outdoor
Participated in two meets... Finished in sixth place at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (Apr. 28-29) in the 10000-meter run with a time of 35:32.46. 

2023-24 (SOPHOMORE):
Cross Country
Ran in three races...Ran a 26:25.5 8K and placed 22nd at the 2023 PBC Championship (Oct. 21)...Ran a personal-best 8K time of 25:47.8 at the FSU Invitational (Sept. 29).

Indoor
Participated in three meets...Recorded a p.r. in the 3000-meter run with a time of 8:43.85 at the PBC Championship (Feb. 19).

Outdoor
Competed in three meets...Posted a career-best time in the 5000-meter run with a time of 15:21.32 at the Bob Hayes Invitational (March 15-16).

2022-23 (FRESHMAN): 
Cross Country
Ran in three races...Placed 22nd with a 8K time of 26:33.0 at the 2022 PBC Championship (Nov.5)...Placed 20th with a time of 24:39.4 in the 7.25K race at the VSU Border Clash (Sept.2)...Ran a 27:30.8 8K and placed 24th at the South Florida Cross Country Invitational (Oct.14). 

Indoor
Participated in one meet...Was in the 5,000 meter run at the RADD College Invitational (Jan. 19-20) where he posted a time of 16:20.01.

Outdoor
Competed in two meets...Finished in fourth place in the 3,000 meter run with a time of 9:14.13 at the Knights Invitational (March 24-25).

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from St. Petersburg High in St. Petersburg, Fla.
