Participated in three meets...Posted a personal best at the UNF 5K Cross Country Challenge (Sept. 13) with a time of 18:01.8...Ran a 27:43.6 personal best 8K time at the Upstate Invite (Oct. 19)...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Presidential Scholar. 

Indoor
Ran in two meets... Posted a 3000-meter time of 9:49.73 at the RADD Sports Invitational (Jan. 24-25). 

Outdoor
Competed in four meets... Finished sixth in the 5000-meter run Georgia Showdown (April 12) with a time of 16:31.80. 
Ran a personal best 16:21.65 time in the 5000-meter run at the Embry-Riddle Running Elements Classic (April 3-5). 

2023-24 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Ran in three races...Ran a personal-best 8K time of 28:37.1 at the FSU Invitational (Sept. 29)...Placed 46th with a 8K time of 30:43.6 at the Embry-Riddle Cross Country Classic (Sept. 16).

Indoor
Participated in three meets...Posted a season-best time of 9:40.83 in the 3000-meter run at the Florida Collegiate Invitational (Jan. 26-27)...Had a p.r. in the mile run with a time of 4:47.34 at the Florida University Last Chance (Feb. 9).

Outdoor
Competed in four meets...Ran a season-best time of 4:24.73 in the 1500-meter run at the Spartan Classic (March 1).
