Ran in four races...Posted a personal best time of 24:59.9 at the FSU Invitational (Oct.7) and placed 23rd in the 8K...Placed 14th at the PBC Championships (Nov.5) with a 8K time of 26:12.5...Ran a 32:31.6 10K at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (Nov.19)....Placed 20th at the Eastern Florida State Fall Classic (Sept.10) with a 8K time of 26:59.4.

Competed in one meet...Finished with a time of 16:07.88 in the 5,000 meter run at the RADD College Invitational (Jan. 19-20).

Ran in three races...Had a career-best 8K time of 25:24.9 at the UNG/PBC Preview Meet (Oct. 31) and finished in second place...Posted a time of 25:46 at the FSU Invitational (Oct. 2)...Earned academic all-conference honors.
Indoor
Competed in two meets...Had a career-best 600m time of 1:28.89 at the KMS Open (Jan. 31)...Finished in first place in the 5000m run with a time of 15:52.16 at the Samford Bulldogs Open (Feb. 13).
2019-20 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Competed in five races...Ran a season-best 8K time of 26:07.0 at the Queen City Invitational (Sept. 27)...Earned PBC Freshman of the Year honors after finishing in 12th place at the PBC Championships with a time of 26:13.4 (top time for a freshman).
Indoor
Competed in four meets...Posted a season-best time in the mile run (4:37.54) at the JDL Kick-Off Classic (Dec. 7)...At the JDL Early Bird Invitational (Dec. 8), he ran a season-best time of 9:20.15...Earned all-region honors after running a leg of the DMR at the Mondo College Invitational (Feb. 2)...Relay team posted the fourth-fastest time in the region (10:29.57).
