Cross Country 
Participated in two meets...Recorded a 28:44.9 at the Upstate Invite (Oct. 19)...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Presidential Scholar.

Indoor
Competed in three meets...Ran a personal best 4:25.42 in the mile at The Legends of Alachua County Invitational College TEAMS (Feb. 1)...Posted a top-10 finish in the mile at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (Feb. 17) with a time of 4:25.81. 

Outdoor
Ran in three meets...Posted a personal-best at the Embry-Riddle Eagle Invite (March 8) in both the 800 and 1500-meters with a time of 1:56.96 and 4:01.06, respectively...Ran a 4:32.42 in the mile at the App State Open (April 18-19). 


2023-24 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country 
Ran in three meets...Ran a 28:03.7 8K at the FSU Invitational (Sept. 29)...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Bronze Scholar.

Indoor
Competed in four meets...Finished in three place in the 1000-meter run with a time of 2:37.58 at the RADD Track and Field Invitational (Jan. 19-20)...Posted a time of 1:58.48 in the 800-meter run and finished in second place at the Florida Collegiate Invitational (Jan. 26-27)...Had a season-best time in the 800 (1:57.54) at the PBC Championship (Feb. 19).

Outdoor
Competed in three meets...Had a season-best time of 4:04.67 in the 1500-meter run at the Bob Hayes Spring Invitational (March 15-16). 

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Choctawhatchee High School in Fort Walton Beach, Fla...Lettered in cross country and track and field...Helped the Indians to a county and conference championship his senior year.

PERSONAL: Son of Cynthia and Robert Brainerd...Has two brothers and a sister...A computer information systems major.
