Cross Country
Participated in three meets...Ran a personal best 25:08.8 time at the Peach Belt Conference Cross Country Championships (Oct. 26)...Ran a 31:18.3 10k time at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 9). 

Indoor
Competed in five meets...Ran a 8:42.02 personal best time in the 3000-meters at the RADD Sports Invitational College TEAMS (Jan 24-25)...Placed third in the DMR 2 at the Last Chance Indoor National Qualifier at Boston Univ (March 3) with a time of 9:46.18...Posted a time of 4:11.48 at the mile at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (Feb. 17) finishing in second place. 

Outdoor
Competed in six meets...Ran a personal best mile at the App State Open (April 18-19) with a time of 4:09.00, placing third...Recorded a 1:50.04 personal best 800-meter time at the Peach Belt Conference Outdoor Track Championship (pril 28-29) finishing in first place...Ran a personal best time of 3:45.88 in the 1500-meter run at the Embry-Riddle Eagle Invite (March 8) placing first...Finished first in the 1500-meter run at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (April 28-29) with a time of 3:53.85. 

2023-24 (SOPHOMORE):
Cross Country
Ran in four races...Ran a 25:21.0 8K and placed sixth at the 2023 PBC Championship (Oct. 21)...Placed 23rd with a personal-best time of 30.42.2 in the 10K race at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross County Championship (Nov. 4)...Ran a personal-best 8K time of 25:09.8 at the UAH Chargers XC Invitational (Oct. 7)...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Presidential Scholar.

Indoor
Competed in four meets...Posted a career-best time of 4:10.86 in the mile run at the Celebration Pointe Classic (Feb. 2-3)...Won the mile run (4:15.08) at the PBC Championship (Feb. 19)...Also finished in third place at the PBCs as he ran a leg on the 4x400 relay team with a time of 3:27.68. 

Outdoor
Participated in five meets...Finished in second place with a career-best time of 3:47.92 in the 1500-meter run at the Embry-Riddle Eagle Meet (April 20)...Had a pair of second place finishes at the PBC Championship (April 29-30) in the 800-meter run (1:50.91) and the 1500-meter run (3:51.63)...His time in the 800 at the PBCs was the second-fastest in the region...USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete. 

2022-23 (FRESHMAN): 
Cross Country 
Ran in four races...Posted a personal best 8K time of 25:45.2 and placed 8th at the 2022 PBC Championship (Nov.5)...Placed 53rd with a 10K time of 33:43.7 at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross Country Championship (Nov.19)... Ran a 25:46.2 8K at the FSU Invitational (Oct.7)...Placed 35th at the Eastern Florida State Fall Classic (Sept. 10) with a 8K time of 28:01.5. 

Indoor
Participated in two meets...Finished in fourth place in the mile with a season-best time of 4:23.36 at the JDL Early Bird Invitational (Dec. 4)...Also ran a leg on the 4x400 relay teams at the JDL Early Bird and the RADD College Invitational (Jan. 19-20).

Outdoor
Competed in six meets...Had a personal-best time of 15:10.70 in the 5,000 meter run at the River City Spring Break Classic (March 16-17)...Finished in second place with a personal record time of 1:52.49 in the 800 meter run at the Spike's Classic (March 30-April 1)...That was the eighth-fastest time posted in the region...Won the 800 at the PBC Championship (April 20-21) with a time of 1:54.74...Finished in second place in the 1500 with a time of 3:52.60 at the PBCs...That was the 11th-fastest time recorded in the region.   

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Osceola Fundamental High School in Seminole, Fla.
