Abi Dickinson begins her first season on the Flagler Sports Medicine staff.
She comes to Flagler from the University of Florida where she spent two years as an athletic trainer intern. Dickinson was responsible for athletes on the men's and women's golf and tennis teams. The 2023 men's golf team advanced to the NCAA Division I National Championship.
Prior to her time in Gainesville, Dicksinon served as a student athletic trainer at Clemson University, the South Carolina Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center, Roper Express Care, Charleston Southern University, and Cane Bay High School. She also served as a student intern at the University of Alabama's sports rehabilitation facility.
Dickinson earned her bachelor's in human performance and exercise science from the University of Alabama in May 2020. She received her master's in athletic training from Charleston Southern University in North Carleston, S.C. in May 2022.  Â
