2005: Played in 38 games, starting 31…Played in the outfield and also did some designated hitting…Had a season-high three hits at Edward Waters (Feb. 13)…Hit a grand slam is Flagler’s 14-3 win at Northwood (Apr. 23)…Went 3-for-4 with two runs scored and two RBI in a 10-6 win vs. SCAD (Apr. 2).

BEFORE FLAGLER: Attended Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville…Batted .390 with eight home runs and 59 RBI for Coach Harry Tholen…Earned All-Academic Team honors in 2002 and 2003.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Boardman (Ohio) High School…Lettered all four years in baseball…Batted .365 with 19 home runs and 92 RBI for the Spartans…A three-time All-Steel Valley Conference selection…An All-City member in 2001…Holds school records for home runs and RBI in a single season and a career…Named to the All-Vindicator Team…Played in the State All-Star Game…Played for Coach Scott Knox at Boardman...Also lettered in football…Earned All-State and All-Conference honors as a defensive end.

PERSONAL: Son of Roger King and Pat Toto…A sport management major…Has two older sisters and an older brother…Favorite sports figure is Manny Ramirez.
