2009 (SOPHOMORE): Played in 23 games and started 17...Batted .258 with 17 hits, 11 runs, two doubles and two home runs...Went 4-for-4 with a home run, three runs scored and four RBI vs. Eckerd (Mar. 21)...Went 3-for-3 with a double, a home run, two runs scored and drove in another vs. Seton Hill (Mar. 7). 

2008 (FRESHMAN): Played in 12 games, starting 10...Batted .138 with a double and three RBI...Went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI at Lynn (Apr. 13).

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Ridgeview High School in Orange Park, Fla.…Lettered all four years in baseball…Batted. 350 and threw out 26 runners trying to steal…An all-county and all-district selection in 2007…Played for Head Coach Bob Adamson…Played in the Dez Hamilton Memorial All-Star Game.

PERSONAL: Son of Jack and Debra Johnson…A business major…Has a younger brother…Lists “Tommy Boy” as his favorite movie…Favorite sports figure is San Francisco Giant catcher Mike Matheny.
