McCullough is in his fourth season at Flagler working primarily with the Saints catching corps.
He has more than 20 years coaching experience at various levels coaching American Legion and at the varsity high school level in the Northwest suburban Chicago area. A financial advisor by trade since 1995, McCullough relocated to St. Augustine last year with his family, which includes wife (Beth),  sons (Danny, a graduate of Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design; Jack, who is currently a junior at West Point; Max, a freshman at Stetson University; and daughter, Reagan who is a freshman at St. Joseph’s Academy).
McCullough played collegiately as a catcher at Eastern Illinois University.Â
