2012 (SOPHOMORE): Made five appearances, all in relief...Tossed five innings and allowed two hits and did not give up a run...Struck out three batters...Tossed 1.1 innings at Georgia Southwestern and surrendered two hits and fanned two.  

2011 (FRESHMAN): Made five appearances with one start...Posted a 0-1 record...Tossed 5.1 innings...Made collegiate debut vs. Palm Beach Atlantic (Feb. 19).

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Kings Park (N.Y.) High School...Lettered in baseball for three years…Was team MVP his senior season…Was an all-league selection his senior year...Threw a no-hitter vs. Islip High in 2010.

PERSONAL: Son of Jeff and Mary Anne Haney…A sport management major...Has two brothers…His brother, Bobby, plays in the San Francisco Giants organization…Hobbies include watching movies and playing video games…His favorite movie is “Goodfellas”…Lists hamburgers as his favorite food…Derek Jeter is his favorite sports figure…Lists “Entourage” as his favorite TV show.
