Cross Country
Ran in one race...Ran a 20:51.8 5K at the Embry-Riddle Cross Country Classic (Sept. 16)...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Gold Scholar...D2 ADA award recipient. 

Indoor
Competed in three meets…Came in second in the DMR with a time of 13:09.91 at the PBC Championship (Feb. 19).

Outdoor
Participated in four meets…Had a p.r. in the 1500-meter dash with a time of 4:55.90 at the Embry-Riddle Running Elements Classic (March 28-30).

2022-2023 (SOPHOMORE):
Cross Country
Ran in three races...Posted a personal best 5K time of 19:19.4 at the FSU Invitational (Oct. 7) and secured 96th place...Earned 27th at the VSU Border Clash (Sept. 2) with a time of 20:13.2...Placed 15th at the PBC Championships (Nov. 5) with a time of 19:30.5...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Silver Scholar...D2 ADA award recipient.  

Indoor
Competed in four meets...Had a p.r. in the mile run with a time of 5:13.68 at the Celebration Pointe Indoor Classic (Feb. 2-3)...That was the 19th-fastest time in the region...Was part of a DMR relay team that posted a time of 12:57.25 and finished in fifth place at the Alachua County Collegiate Invitational (Jan. 26-27).

Outdoor
Participated in three meets...Recorded a personal-best time in the 5,000 meter run (18:45.72) at the PBC Championship (April 20-21).

2021-2022 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Ran in three races...Finished in 21st place at the PBC Championships (Oct. 23) with a 5K time 20:04.1...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Bronze Scholar.

Indoor
Did not compete.

Outdoor
Competed in six meets...Had a seventh place finish in the 5000 meter run with a time of 20:17.20 at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational (April 29-30)...Posted a season-best 800 meter run time of 2:32.16 at the Tampa Distance Classic (March 4)...Earned academic all-conference honors...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Bronze Scholar.

2020-21 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Ran in all four races...Finished in fifth place with a season-best time of 19:21.8 at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 17)...Had a 16th-place finish at the PBC Preview (Oct. 31)...Earned PBC Presidential Honor Roll Bronze Scholar honors.

Indoor 
Participated in four meets...Had a season-best time in the mile of 5:25.25 at the KMS Invitational (Jan. 24)...Finished sixth in the 3000m run at the Samford Bulldog Invitational (Feb. 13) with a time of 10:52.96.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Father Lopez Catholic High School in Daytona Beach, Fla...Lettered all four years in cross country and track...Finished in 11th place with a 5K time of 19:46.78 at the Class 1A State Championships in 2019...Helped Father Lopez finish in sixth place...Helped the Eagles win a conference title and a fifth place finish at the state championships as a junior...Helped team finish in eighth place at the state's, as well as a conference title as a sophomore...As a freshman, she helped the team win a conference title and a berth in the state championships.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Eric and Lisa Gayton...Has a brother...An elementary education major.
