Ran in four races...Won three races...Had top time at the FSU Invitational (Oct. 2) with a time of 25:13.8...Posted a career-best 8K time of 24:23.2 at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 17)...Also finished atop the field at the UNG/PBC Preview (Oct. 31) with a time of 24:42.6...Was the PBC Runner of the Week (Nov. 2)...Recipient of the Elite 16 Award from the PBC...Earned academic all-conference honors...Earned PBC Presidential Honor Roll Gold Scholar honors...D2 ADA award recipient.

2019-20 (JUNIOR):
Cross Country
Competed in seven races, including the national championship...Recorded a season-best 8K time of 24:51.0 at the Queens City Invitational (Sept. 27)...Took home all-conference honors after finishing in fifth place with a time of 25:07.8 at the PBC Championships (Oct. 26)...Earned all-region honors after finishing in fifth place with a 10K time of 31:23.4 at the NCAA D2 Southeast Regional (Nov. 9)...Was the PBC Runner of the Week (Sept. 17).

Indoor
Competed in five meets...Won the 3000 meter run at the JDL College Team Challenge (Feb. 13) with a time of 8:35.92...That was the fifth-fastest time in the region (conv. to 8:29.99), which gave him all-region honors....Posted a time of 14:32.15 in the 5000 meter run at the BU Last Chance Qualifier (Feb. 28)...His time was the fourth-fastest in the region and that earned him all-region honors...Also earned all-region honors in the DMR with a time of 10:29.57 at the Mondo College Invitational (Feb. 2).

BEFORE FLAGLER: Attended Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa, Iowa.

2018-19 (SOPHOMORE)
Cross Country
Finished in 22nd place at the NJCAA National Championship (Nov. 10) with an 8K time of 26:51.5 and was the top finished for IHCC...Finished in second place and earned first-team all-region honors with a time of 24:22.2 at the NJCAA Region XI race (Oct. 26)...That was the third fastest time in the country...Won the Les Duke CC Invitational (Sept. 8) with a time of 25:29.1 and also won the Brissman-Lundeen XC Invitational (Sept. 21) with a time of 24:51.8.

Indoor
Broke the school record in the 5000m run with a time of 14:44.31 at the Gorilla Classic (Feb. 9)...Finished second in the 1000m run with a time of 2;35.42 at the NJCAA Region XI Championship (Feb. 15-16)...Posted a time of 14:35.61 in the 5000m run and finished in sixth place at the NJCAA National Championship (March 1-2).

Outdoor
Won the 1500m run in the Blue Oval Invitational (April 12-13) with a time of 4:04.88...Posted a time of 29:59.18 in the 10,000m run and finished third at the Drake Relays (April 24-27)...Finished in fourth place in the 10,000m at the NJCAA National Championship (May 16-18) with a time of 32:13.38 to earn All-America honors...Holds 12 school records in cross country and track...Also earned academic all-region honors.

2017-18 (FRESHMAN)
Did not compete in cross country or track.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Perry Central Junior/Senior High School in Leopold, Ind...Lettered all four years in cross country and track.

PERSONAL: Son of Tina Graham...A criminology major.
