2020-21 (JUNIOR):
Cross Country
Competed in four races...Had a season-best 8K time of 25:42 at the UNG/PBC Preview (Oct. 31) and finished in fifth place...Finished in sixth place at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 17) with a time of 25:54.2.

2019-20 (SOPHOMORE):
Cross Country
Ran in all six races...Finished in 11th place to earn all-conference honors with a time of 26:01.0 at the PBC Championships (Oct. 26)...Earned all-region honors after finishing in 21st place with a time of 32:20.4 at the NCAA D2 Southeast Regional (Nov. 9)...An academic all-conference honoree.

Indoor
Competed in four meets...Ran a leg of the 4x400 relay that finished fifth at the JDL College Team Challenge (Feb. 13). 

2018-19 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Ran in five races...Finished with a season-best 8K time of 25:51 at the PBC Championships (Nov. 3)...He finished in 12th place at the PBCs and in 34th place at the NCAA Division II Southeast Regional...USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Bronze Scholar.

Indoor
Competed in five meets...Posted a season-best time in the 3000 meters (9:14.13) at the JDL College Meet Madness (Jan. 27)...His top time in the mile was 4:40.34 at the JDL College Kickoff (Jan. 13).

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Seacoast Collegiate High School in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla...Lettered in cross country and track...Earned Northwest Florida Daily News All-Area first-team honors as a senior...Led team to a district title in XC and track and a seventh place finish in the state cross country championships as a senior...As a junior, he was selected as the Northwest Florida Daily News All-Area first team in XC and track...Led team to a sixth place finish at states (XC) and a district title (XC)....Received honorable mention Northwest Florida Daily News All-Area honors as a sophomore.
