INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Flagler College men's golf team is ranked No. 10 according to the last of three published NCAA Division II regional rankings, which came out this afternoon.

Selections for regional competition will be on April 26 and the South/Southeast Regional will be played May 7-9 at the Valdosta Country Club in Valdosta, Georgia. There are three other regionals to be played during the same time period. Eighteen teams, along with six individuals not one those teams, will compete at the regional.

The low seven teams in the south/southeast, the low six from the west/south central, the low four teams from the midwest/central, and three low three teams from the atlantic/east, along with the low two individuals not on those teams, will advance to the national championship, which will be May 18-22 at the Boulder Creek Golf Club in Boulder City, Nevada.    

Topping the southeast region is Georgia Southwestern State University of the Peach Belt Conference. Wingate University and Catawba College, both from the South Atlantic Conference, follow. Four straight PBC teams follow with Columbus State University, the University of North Georgia, USC Beaufort, and USC Aiken. Lincoln Memorial University checks in at No. 8 and Lander University is No. 9. Lenoir-Rhyne University rounds it out at No. 11.

Flagler will host the Peach Belt Conference Championship April 19-21 at the King & the Bear Golf Course at the World Golf Village in St. Augustine. The winner of that tournament will receive the league's automatic berth to the regional.

The Saints re ranked No. 31 in the nation by SCOREBOARD. Nic Eberhard is ranked No. 82 in the individual rankings. PJ Herron is No. 123.
