ST. AUGUSTINE – The No. 11-ranked (SCOREBOARD Division II ranking) Flagler College women's golf team finished in 16^th place at the Coach Mo Classic, which ended today. The Saints shot an 81-over par 945 (310-323-312) at the St. Johns Golf & Country Club (par 72; 6,533 yards).

Up next for the Saints is the Peach Belt Conference Championship, April 19-21, at the King & Bear Golf Course at the World Golf Village in St. Augustine.

Of the 16 teams in the tournament field, 14 were members of NCAA Division I. The only other non-DI team in the field, Daytona State College, was ranked No. 2 in the junior college ranks.

Purdue University, which began today's final round two strokes back, won with an even par 864 (296-286-282). The Boilermakers' 6-under 282 in the final round helped them jump into first place. No. 16 (SCOREBOARD Division I ranking) Florida State University held in second place with a 4-over 868 (291-291-286). No. 12 UCF finished in third place with a 9-over 873 (295-292-286). Yesterday's leader, Furman University, finished in fourth place with a 14-over 878 (287-293-298). The University of Illinois rounded out the top-five with a 17-over 881 (293-296-292).   

Sophia Fullbrook of Florida State and Pimpisa Sisutham of UCF finished in a tie atop the 91-woman field with a 4-under 212. Fullbrook led the field coming into the day and shot a 1-over 73 in the final round. Sisutham entered the day in a tie for third place and carded a 1-under 70 today.

Victoria Veator led all Flagler players with a 14-over 230 (77-78-75). She was followed by Sofia Terzoli (+21), Henriette Stranda (+24), Tabitha Hanely (+26), and Addison King (+33).
