ST. AUGUSTINE – The Flagler College women's golf team is ranked No. 12 in the nation, according to the latest poll by SCOREBOARD, powered by clippd, that was released Wednesday.
The Saints have an average weighted points score of 34.45. Flagler plays its last regular season tournament, the Coach Mo Classic, March 30-31 at St. Augustine.
Flagler is one of three Peach Belt Conference teams in the top 25. Lander University moved up one spot to No. 7 while the University of North Georgia dropped to No. 13.
Six of the top 10 are comprised of South/Southeast Region teams. Wingate University tops the ranking while Anderson University holds at No. 3. Barry University moved into No. 6 and Lynn University dropped to No. 8. Lee University follows at No. 9.
Three Saints are ranked in the top 100 individually.
Henriette Stranda is ranked No. 3 with an AWP score of 51.35.
Tabitha Hanely moved up to No. 49 at 25.14 while
Sofia Terzoli advanced three spots to No. 61 with an AWP of 23.85.
