NORTHBOROUGH, Mass.— The Flagler College women's lacrosse team, now 12–0 on the season, maintains the No. 1 ranking in this week's Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Division II Coaches Poll, according to the most recent poll this morning.

The Saints opened Gulf South Conference play with a dominant, 25-3, win over Gulf South Conference newcomer Virginia State University on Saturday, following a 19–12 victory over No. 6 Embry-Riddle University earlier in the week. Jessica Wright continues to lead the Saints offense as she scored 11 points total across the games. Against Embry-Riddle, Wright had a match high five goals and two assists.

Flagler will look to extend their win streak at home this Saturday against Lander, which is receiving votes. The Saints will also host their annual "Senior Day" ceremony following the conclusion of the game.
