LAKELAND, Fla. – The No. 21 (United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division II Top 25) Flagler College women's cross country team finished in third place at the Sunshine State Conference Preview Friday afternoon at Holloway Park.

Mallory Robinson and Jessica Gates finished Nos. 23 and 24 to lead the Saints. Robinson's 6K time was 25:32.54. Gates crossed the finish line at 25:40.63.

Francesca Pece followed in 26^th place with a time of 25:47.01. Hope Siner and Catie Ingoldsby rounded out Flagler's point scorers. Siner finished in 34^th place with a time of 26:50.39 while Ingoldsby completed the course with a time of 26:59.38 and finished in 36^th place.

Vivian Brezler posted a time of 27:29.89 and finished in 42^nd place. Madeline Rodriguez finished in 52^nd place with a time of 28:14.65. Chelsea Paglia crossed the line at 28:22.18 and placed 56^th overall. Sammy Andress (29:55.53), Alexa Kulis (30:12.44), Paxton Marshall (32:13.83), and Eden Goddard (37:15.68) all finished for the Saints.

Gianna Forte from the University of North Florida led the 120-woman field with a time of 22:42.99. Her teammate, Erica Fisher, finished second at 22:55.94.

The Ospreys took first place with 19 points as all five point scorers finished in the top seven. The University of South Florida tallied 40 points.
 
Up next for the Saints is the Peach Belt Conference Championship on Oct. 21 at 9 a.m. at Gainesville, Georgia. Flagler will look to win its sixth consecutive league title and seventh overall.
