Men's Cross Country MVP - Marcus Graham

4/20/2020 10:00:00 AM

Marcus has been nothing short of a total team player in his first year with the cross country program. Though he entered as a junior, he was new to the team and many new things to adjust to in a short amount of time. Within the first half of the season, it became clear to me that Marcus had become the unquestioned leader of the team, in both his work ethic and attitude toward excellence, and the way he always tried to put the team first.

I am extremely thankful to have him in our program, and look forward to continuing this journey with him as soon as the conditions allow it. I have no doubt that there are great things in store for this young man in the future.
Head Coach Brian Beil

Marcus Graham made an immediate impact in his first season on the men's cross country team for head coach Brian Beil. The junior from Bristow, Indiana earned All-Southeast Region and All-Peach Belt Conference honors this past fall. Graham finished in fifth place at the PBC Championships with a time of 25:07.8 and also finished in fifth place at the NCAA Division II Southeast Regional with a 10K time of 31:23.4. He was the PBC Runner of the Week on Sept. 17.
