NEW ORLEANS – The Flagler College men's cross country team remains No. 6 in the latest United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Southeast Region ranking, which was released Tuesday (Oct. 23).
Flagler is one of five PBC teams ranked in the top 10. The University of North Carolina at Pembroke moved up one spot to No. 3 while Augusta University dropped one spot to No. 4. Columbus State University (No. 7) and Georgia College (No. 10) follow Flagler.
Queens University of Charlotte and the University of Mount Olive stay put as the two top teams. Anderson University holds at No. 5. Lenoir-Rhyne University and Wingate University remain at Nos. 9 and 10.
Flagler is preparing to run at the Peach Belt Conference Championships on Nov. 3.
