ST. AUGUSTINE – Flagler College and Clayton State University meet once again on Tuesday (Oct. 31) in a Peach Belt Conference Men's Soccer Tournament quarterfinal match at Saints Field at 4:30 p.m.
The two teams just met last Saturday with Saints coming away with a hard-fought 2-1 win.

Flagler leads the all-time series 9-3-1 and sports a 5-0-1 record in matches played at Saints Field. The Saints have won the last three matches in a row in the series, but all were decided by one goal.
The Saints are 11-7 all-time in the conference tournament in the previous eight years they have been members of the Peach Belt. Flagler won the title in 2011 and were the runners-up in 2009 and 2010. The one time Flagler lost in the quarterfinals was in 2014 when it lost to Clayton State, 4-2, at Morrow, Georgia.
Flagler (5-8-1 overall, 4-3-0 PBC) is the No. 4 seed in the tournament. Ndong leads the team with 11 points (four goals and three assists).
Quam Salami and
Oscar Davidsson have each scored four goals. Salomao and
Juan Membreno have each tallied three assists. Three different Flagler keepers have played this season.
Iwan Roberts sports a 2.92 goals-against average in seven starts while Jepser Olsson (1.46 GAA) and
Mel Broughton (2.10) have multiple starts. Broughton leads the league in fewest goals allowed with 11 and is sixth in GAA. Roberts is seventh in saves (34) while Broughton is eighth (21).
Clayton State (7-8-1, 2-4-1) is the No. 5 seed in the tournament. Kwaku Dwamena leads the PBC with 11 goals scored and Dean Foster is tied for second with 10. Tom Mitchinson is tied for second with seven assists while the Lakers keeper, Oliver Pannell, is fourth in saves (59) and is seventh in save percentage (.648).
The winners of the match will advance to the conference semifinals on Friday (Nov. 3) at Blanchard Woods Park in Evans Georgia to face the top seed, Lander University at 5 p.m.
Ticket prices for Tuesday's quarterfinal match are: $7 for adults; $5 senior citizens (age 55-up); $5 for children (10-17); $3 for Flagler College faculty; and, $3 for military members. Children under 10 years of age are free along with students with valid identification from Peach Belt Conference member institutions.
