Box Score DUE WEST, S.C. – Daniel Jonna scored the lone goal of the match for Erskine College in the 48
th minute of play handing Flagler College a loss in their first regular season match of the season at Huggins Field.
Jonna's goal lifted the Flying Fleet to its first win of the season going to 1-0-0 overall while the Saints fell to 0-1-0 overall.

Juan Membreno led the game with four shots and
Lex Craggs recorded two saves in the season opener. Craggs' counterpart, Martin Arias, saved three shots on goal for Erskine. The Saints outshot the Flying Fleet 8-5 over 90 minutes of play. The foul count was evenly distributed with 11 apiece and a total of nine cards were issued.
Flagler will stay in South Carolina for a matchup against the Anderson University at 2 p.m. Saturday (Sept. 2). The Saints will then return to St. Augustine to open the home campaign at Saints Field against Embry-Riddle (Fla.) at 7 p.m. on September 7.
