ST. AUGUSTINE –
Sara Davis recorded a match-high 15 kills and hit a career-best .636 to help lead Flagler College to a 3-0 (25-17, 25-20, 25-14) sweep of the University of North Carolina Pembroke on "Senior Day" in a Peach Belt Conference volleyball match Saturday afternoon at Flagler Gymnasium.
Flagler (19-6 overall, 15-2 PBC) moves its winning streak to eight matches in a row, its longest such streak since the 2012 season when the Saints won nine in a row. UNC Pembroke (3-29, 0-18) concluded its season with its fourth loss in a row.

Amber Peone,
Jenea Reddick and
Genel Sturgeon.
Davis recorded nine of her 15 kills in the third set. She hit a ridiculous .818 in the set as she did not have an error on 11 swings. Cheewah added eight kills, hit .636 and had two total blocks while Sturgeon tacked on seven kills and had 12 digs.
Kayla Norelli scooped up a match-high 19 digs while
Tara Savisky tallied 38 assists.
Makaylah Elliott led the Braves with seven kills. Alicia Paeplow tallied 12 assists while Cayce Bell and Anna Heinz each collected 10 digs.
Flagler closes out the regular season tomorrow (Nov. 13) night at 7 p.m. against Augusta University at Flagler Gymnasium.
