ST. AUGUSTINE –
Samba Diop notched the game-winning goal as Flagler College defeated Rollins College, 2-1, on "Senior Night" at Saints Field.
The Saints improved to 5-6-1 on the season and the Tars fell to 7-6-1.
Cameron Silbar found Diop in the box during the 46
th minute and Diop put in past Drew Trautmann for a 2-0 lead. Diop assisted
Pedro Silva's goal in the 16
th minute to open the game's scoring.
Juan Membreno had four of Flagler's nine shots.
Alexis Martinez brought the Tars to within 2-1 with a goal in the 78
th minute.
Lex Craggs made several sensational saves to keep the Saints in front. Craggs made 10 stops during the game and face 19 shots. Trautmann made two saves for the Tars.
