Box Score FLORENCE, S.C. – No. 10 (ITA/NCAA Division II ranking) Francis Marion University defeated Flagler College 7-2 in a Peach Belt Conference women's tennis match Sunday afternoon at the Kassab Courts.

Francis Marion wrapped up its regular season with a 20-2 overall record and an 11-2 mark in the Peach Belt. The Patriots have locked up the No. 3 seed in the upcoming Peach Belt Conference Championships which they are hosting April 12-14 at the Dr. Eddie Floyd Florence Tennis Center. Flagler falls to 4-14 overall and 4-8 in conference play with one match left to play.

Francis Marion opened by winning all three doubles matches and took four singles matches. Tereza Baranova edged Barbora Sebkova 6-2, 4-6 and 10-5 at No. 1 singles. The Saints earned its points when Krista Ingrilli and Anika Cohen both won by default.

Flagler will wrap up its regular season on Tuesday (April 9) when it hosts No. 32 Clayton State University at 3 p.m. at the Flagler Tennis Courts. The Saints are still in the hunt for one of the last remaining spots in the conference tournament.
