Jax Bouknight of the men’s basketball team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week for the period ending Feb. 2.

The Alpharetta, Georgia native averaged 19.5 points, 5.5 assists, 3.0 steals per game as Flagler Collge split its two home games this week. Bouknight tied his career-high with 24 points against the University of North Georgia where the Saints won 88-84. He tallied six assists against North Georgia. Bouknight scored 15 points and dished out five assists vs. Lander earlier in the week. He is currently leading the Peach Belt Conference in assists with 90 total assists, averaging 5.0 per game.
