Josiah Shackelford of the men's basketball team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week for the period ending Dec. 1.

Shackelford scored 14 of his game-high 21 points in an 83-69 loss at Edward Waters University. He made 7-of-12 from the field including 3-of-6 from 3-point range as well as making 4-of-5 from the charity stripe. The Sanford, Florida native also grabbed a season-high seven rebounds.
