Flagler College Athletics

Henriette Stranda of the women's golf team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week for the period ending Oct. 20.

The Krakstad, Norway native won her first collegiate tournament at the beginning of the week when she finished with a 2-under par 214 (67-72-75). She helped Flagler win by a program-record 49-stroke margin. 

Stranda leads the team with a 71.33 strokes per round average. She is ranked No. 20 in NCAA Division II.
