Jon Eide of the men’s track and field team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week for the period ending Feb. 25.

Eide earned a first place finish in the 5000-meter at the Peach Belt Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 19. The Seminole, Florida native finished with a personal-best time of 14:49.73, beating his previous best by eight seconds.

The Saints head to Tampa, Fla. for The Spartan Classic on March 1.
