Filip Sparavec of the men's soccer team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week for the period ending Oct. 29.

The junior forward from Kalmar, Sweden scored a pair of goals and added an assist in Flagler College's 6-1 rout of USC Aiken last Saturday. He scored both of his goals in the second half and got his assist on the match's first goal, in the 21st minute. Sparavec entered the match with only one goal this season.
