Therese Schuhenn of the women's cross country team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week following the period ending Nov. 7.

This is her third player of the week honor this semester.

The freshman from Bonn, Germany earned all-region honors after finishing in 14th place with a 6K time of 22:05.3. She ran the fastest time of any previous Flagler runner at the regional championships in the NCAA Division II era. She knocked one full minute off her previous, and only, time at that distance this year.
