Josefine Nilsen, of the Flagler College women's soccer team, was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week following the period ending Sept. 12.

The sophomore from Färjetaden, Sweden netted three goals — including a pair of golden goals — to lead the top-ranked women's soccer team to a 2-0 week and three victories in seven days. Her multi-goal game in a 2-1 double-overtime victory over Rollins College Sunday was her first of that kind since 2019 when she netted two goals versus Francis Marion. She leads the Saints with seven points.
