Anna Asphamn of the women's golf team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week, for the period ending April 4.

Asphamn finished in second place at the Lady Bearcat Invitational with a season-best 2-under par 142. The Baalsta, Sweden native carded a 2-under 70, a season-best as well, in Tuesday's final round that vaulted her up seven spots. Asphamn tied for second-best round (overall) and score for a 36-hole tournament at Flagler. Her 142 is also the lowest 36-hole tournament score by any women's golfer in the PBC so far this season. Asphamn was selected as the PBC Golfer of the Week as well.
