Ethan Jones of the baseball team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week, for the period ending Feb. 9.

Jones was spectacular in his relief outing Friday night against Queens University of Charlotte. He picked up the win as he retired all 12 batters, eight by strikeout including the last six batters of the game.

The senior from Winter Garden, Florida has a 1-0 record with a 1.17 earned run average thus far in the season. He has 10 strikeouts in 7 2/3 innings pitched.
