Heloise Duffie de Tassigny of the women's indoor track and field team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week, for the period ending Feb. 4.

Duffie de Tassigny won the mile run at the UNC Open with a time of 5:02.43, which after the conversion (4:59.47), has her ranked No. 29 in the nation. She followed that up the next day by winning the 800-meter run with a time of 2:15.30 at the Vince Brown Invitational. That time was a p.r. for Duffie de Tassigny. After the conversion (2:13.76), she is 23rd in the nation in the 800m.
