Linn Weber of the women's golf team was selected as the April Athlete of the Month.

Weber was the athlete of the week for the period ending April 17.

Weber was the medalist at the Peach Belt Conference Women's Golf Championship which wrapped up on April 17. She shot a 9-over 225 which tied her career-low for a 54-hole tournament. Weber earned all-tournament honors and was a second-team All-PBC selection by the coaches.

Weber finished the 2015-16 season as the team-leader in strokes per round, 76.64, and she had a team-best three top 10 finishes.
