Marco Warren of the men's soccer team was selected as the TraveLynx Student-Athlete of the Week, for the period ending Oct. 20.
Warren scored three goals, including the two game-winners to help lead Flagler to a 2-0 week with both wins coming against nationally ranked opponents. His header in the 66th minute helped power the Saints past top-ranked (NAIA) Lindsey Wilson College, 2-1. Last Saturday, he staked the Saints to a 2-0 lead, with both goals coming off of his boot, in a 2-1 win against No. 12 (NCAA Division II) Lander University.
Warren is tied for sixth in the PBC in goals, tied for eighth in assists and is sixth in points.Â
