Kirstie Flink of the softball team was selected as the TraveLynx Student-Athlete of the Week for the period ending Mar. 24.

Flink batted .571 in a doubleheader split at Lander. She collected four hits, including a double, scored a run and drove in two more. Flink posted a .714 slugging percentage as well as a .667 on-base percentage. She also had a perfect fielding percentage in 15 total attempts. Flink hit an RBI-double in the first game of the twinbill and her RBI-single in the top of the seventh proved to be the game-winning hit.

She leads the team with a .382 batting average through 34 games. Flink also leads the team in hits (39) and on-base percentage (.475).
