She is also serving a five-year term on the NCAA Division II Women's Volleyball Committee.

In 2009, Mott helped guide the Flagler program to new heights, winning the Peach Belt Conference in its first season in the conference, as well as winning the conference tournament, the Southeast Regional and advancing to the NCAA Division II final four. The team set numerous school season records including wins with 36.

Mott is a two-time Peach Belt Conference Coach of the Year (2009, 2010) and was the Florida Sun Conference’s Coach of the Year three times (2001, 2003 and 2004).

In her tenure at Flagler, her student-athletes have earned 24 all-conference honors, 23 all-region awards and four have earned All-America accolades.

She also serves as Flagler's Associate Athletic Director and Senior Women's Administrator.

The Saints have nine consecutive winning seasons, the best streak in the history of the program. In each of those nine seasons, Flagler won 20 or more matches.

“I have greatly enjoyed building this program,” said Mott. “I take pride in the athletes who are associated with it. Our athletes work hard in the gym and the classroom and are successful people because of it.”

Mott also serves as the director of the St. Augustine Volleyball Association's Juniors program. She was also selected to coach the Florida High Performance Select Team for the top 13 and 14 year olds in the state.

Prior to her arrival at Flagler, Mott coached volleyball and softball at Oxford High School in Oxford, Miss. She also taught algebra at Oxford High.

Mott graduated from the University of Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and received her Master’s in curriculum and instruction. She lettered all four years for the Lady Rebels and earned Academic All-SEC honors in 1994 and 1995.

Born and raised in south Florida, Mott attended Cardinal Gibbons High School in Fort Lauderdale. She and her husband, Brian, are the proud parents of their daughter Dylan and son Merrick.
