Assistant Coach Michael Swan is originally from Newcastle, England. In 1996 he came to the United States to attend Bluefield College in Virginia. While at Bluefield, Michael played four years of varisty soccer. Over the four years Michael was two-time All Conference, 2nd team all conference and NSCAA All Atlantic South Regional. He currently holds his F.A. preliminary coaching certificate and has plans of completing his NSCAA full badge. Michael is in his second year as assistant women's coach and his first year as the men's soccer assistant for the Flagler Saints. In addition to his duties as assistant coach he is also the Flagler Field manager. "Michael is a great asset to the soccer program at Flagler College," women's soccer coach Wayne King said. "He brings a desire to win and an understanding of the game that is critical in any soccer program."
