Breanne Mooi enters her sixth season as an assistant coach at her alma mater.
Mooi, a defender from 2002-05, was an honorable mention NAIA all-American as a sophomore. She was a two-time all-NAIA Region XIV and a three-time all-Florida Sun Conference selection. Mooi started in 52 matches which ranks sixth all-time and her nine assists are tied for third.
Since graduating, Mooi has served as an assistant coach at Fletcher High School in Neptune Beach and for the U17 Jacksonville Jaguars Soccer Club. She has also played on the US Open Team in Jacksonville.
The Singer Island-native graduated from Flagler in 2006 with a degree in education. She now resides in Jacksonville with her husband, Grant, and their son Grayson. Mooi also teaches fifth grade at the King’s Trail School in Jacksonville.
