2012 (FRESHMAN): Ran in all six events...Had a season-best 5K time of 22:04.18 at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 15)....Ran a season-best 6K time of 26:07.3 at the FSU Invitational (Oct. 5).
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Bishop McGann Mercy High School in Riverhead, N.Y....Lettered four years in track…Also played soccer three years…A five time all-league track selection…Led Bishop McGann Mercy as a captain in her senior season.
PERSONAL: Daughter of John and Teresa Venesina...A sport management major...Has two brothers and one sister…Her favorite athlete is Donn Cabral.
