2018-19 (SENIOR):
Cross Country
Competed in six races...Posted a career-best 5K time of 18:52.1 at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 22)...Finished in 10th place at the PBC Championship (Nov. 3)...Recorded a career-best 6K time of 23:58.4 at the NCAA Division II Southeast Regional (Nov. 17)...Had two 5K times in the PBC's Top 10. 

Indoor
Competed in four meets...Had a season-best time of 5:33.14 in the mile run at the Emory Indoor Invitational (Jan. 20).

2017-18 (JUNIOR): Ran in all six races...Posted a time of 19:07.3 at the PBC Championships, good for a 17th place finish...Finished in 43rd place at the NCAA D2 Southeast Regional with a time of 24:21.96.

Indoor
Competed in four meets...Had a season-best time of 11:18.61 in the 3000-meter run at the UNC Open (Feb. 3).

BEFORE FLAGLER: Attended Louisburg (N.C.) College.

2016 (SOPHOMORE): Earned NJCAA All-America honors in indoor track...Finished the 5K NJCAA Championship with a time of 19:56.41...Was the regional champion.

2015 (FRESHMAN): All-American in indoor track and cross country...Finished seventh in the 5K with a time of 18:52 at the indoor championships...Earned honorable mention All-America honors in cross country as she helped the Lady 'Canes to a No. 8 national ranking. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from David W. Butler High School in Charlotte, North Carolina...Lettered all four years in cross country and track...A three-time all-conference selection...Was named the Butler High Student-Athlete of the Year...Captained the cross country team.

PERSONAL: Has a sister...A criminal justice major.
