2013 (SENIOR): Ran in five events...Ran a p.r. 6K time of 22:44.77 at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 14)...Posteed a 5K p.r. time of 19:55.60 at the UT Pre-Regional (Sept. 27).
2012 (JUNIOR): Ran in all six events...Her top 5K time was 20:26.51 which was done at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 15)...Ran a 6K time of 23:53.4 at the FSU Invitational (Oct. 5)...Finished in 21st place with a 6K time of 23:55.07 at the PBC Championships (Oct. 20)...Her 5K split time of 19:44 at the FSU Invitational is the 16th fastest time in the program's history.
2011 (SOPHOMORE): Ran in five meets...Ran a season-best 5K times of 20:01.30 at the Disney Classic (Oct. 8)...Followed that with a season-best 6K time of 24:49.69 at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (Oct. 22).
2010 (FRESHMAN): Ran in all eight meets...Posted a season-best time of 21:01.31 at the UCF Invitational (Sept. 24)...Also ran a 21:07 at the Hatter Invitational (Oct. 15) and a 21:09.5 at the Disney Classic (Oct. 9).
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Saint Rose High School in Belmar, N.J.…Was a member of the cross country team all four years…Was team captain in 2009 and Most Valuable Player in 2007.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Gene and Theresa Casagrande…Has two brothers and one sister….Her brother, Mark, plays soccer at Moravian College…Lists pasta as her favorite food…Her favorite music group is Kings of Leon…Her favorite TV show is “South Park”.
