2015 (FRESHMAN): Ran in all six meets...Ran a season-best 5K time of 20:08.60 at the FSU Invitational (Oct. 2)...Posted a time of 25:29.1 at the 6K PBC Championship (Oct. 24)...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Gold Scholar.  
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Hart (Mich.) High School...Lettered all four years in cross country and track...Also lettered in competitive cheerleading...A two-time all-state cross country runner...Helped the cross country team to a fifth place finish at the state finals as a senior...Her top time in a 5K came as a senior, 19:14...A two-time all-state in the 400 meter run and earned all-state honors in the 800 as a freshman...Posted a time of 27:02 in the 200 meter run.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Richard and Sheila Burrell...Has yet to declare a major...Lists bike riding, reading, listening to music, gymnastics, going to the beach and traveling as her hobbies...Likes to listen to One Direction...Lists Stanford University distance runner, and Michigan native, Grant Fisher, as her favorite athlete...Chicken Alfredo is her favorite food.
